Mobile Service Technician

Mobile Service Technician

Take the shop on the road. We're adding a third Mobile Service Technician to our growing mobile program. You'll run your own route in a company Ford Escape and bring recall work, software updates, and inspections straight to our customers' homes and workplaces. No bay, no lift line, no waiting on a flag board. Just you, your tools, your tablet, and a full schedule of work that's already booked.

If you're a technician who wants more independence, more customer contact, and a real path to grow inside a high-performing dealership group, this is your seat.

What the Job Looks Like

1. Recalls and field campaigns. Complete open recalls and customer satisfaction programs on-site.
2. Module programming and software flashes. Perform reprogramming and updates using Ford diagnostic tools.
3. Multi-point inspections. Inspect vehicles thoroughly and document findings that turn into future shop visits for the customer.
4. Light maintenance and basic service. Handle quick-turn service needs in the field.
5. Route ownership. Plan, prep, and run your day's appointments from start to finish.

Why This Role Stands Out

1. Independence. You run your own route and your own day.
2. Steady, booked workload. Recall and update volume keeps the schedule full.
3. Company vehicle provided. You drive a company Ford Escape equipped for mobile work.
4. Room to grow. Our mobile program is expanding, and we promote from within.
5. Manufacturer training. We invest in your certifications and skill development.
