Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient & Inpatient Rehab Haskell, TX

- Experience: Previous outpatient PT experience preferred; inpatient experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $45/hr (Cerner EMR experience preferred)
- Additional Compensation: $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, supplemental insurance options, attractive retirement plan via TCDRS with hospital match; previous employment may count toward retirement vesting
- Pay package discussed upon application
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient manual therapy, including post-surgical rehabilitation
- Assist patients across all age groups, from high school students to seniors
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
- Cover both inpatient and outpatient settings based on unit needs
- Maintain documentation in Cerner EMR system
- Support patient progress through manual therapy techniques and rehabilitative exercises
- Adapt to fluctuating inpatient swing beds and outpatient demand
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Texas State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with manual therapy and post-surgical rehab
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse age groups
- Preferred:
- Prior outpatient experience
- Knowledge of Cerner EMR system
