What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with Home Care experience.
Skilled in:
Assisting with Functional Mobility and Gait Training
Supporting Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Programs
Implementing Fall Prevention Strategies
Client & Family Education and Care Coordination
Strong Communication and Documentation Skills.
