What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with Home Care experience.
Skilled in:
- Assisting with Functional Mobility and Gait Training
- Supporting Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Programs
- Implementing Fall Prevention Strategies
- Client & Family Education and Care Coordination
Strong Communication and Documentation Skills.
