Physicians

Seeking full time independent minded, self-stating physiatrists interesting in establishing or joining inpatient practices in Chicago, IL & Madison, WI. Ideal candidates should have at least two years experience in inpatient care, either at sub-acute, or acute rehabilitation facilities. Physiatrist will have the opportunity to establish outpatient particles with the specialized clinical focus they chose. The physiatrist will either serve as attending physicians or co-managing consultants, with an average caseload of 16 patients. In most cases, the physiatrist will participate in the call rotation, which include weekdays and weekends call.

Individualized, one-on-one physical therapy services. Each treatment is medically supervised and customized for each patient's specific needs. We treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, all without an outside referral. We utilized manual therapy, including myofascial and trigger point release. Our accelerated care plus modalities include ultrasound, diathermy, electrical stimulation, and kinesio taping. We will also integrate yoga and Pilates when we feel it will benefit the patient. Our rehab center treats the following disorders: Arthritis ACL and meniscus tears Balance/Vestibular disorders Plantar fasciitis Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Urinary Incontinence Elbow tendonitis Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Herniated discs Low back pain Sciatica We also provide nutritional consultations, health screenings, physicals, balance assessments, exercise plans, flu and vitamin B12 shots, and chiropractic care.
