Your Impact

• Use forklifts and material handling equipment to relocate and stack inventory with precision.
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing freight, ensuring counts and locations are correct.
• Perform routine checks on your forklift; report any issues that affect performance or safety.
• Champion safe work habits and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and keep thorough records of materials you handle.
• Coordinate with teammates to streamline tasks and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

What It Takes

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification (required).
• Proven experience operating forklifts in warehouse or industrial settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of following instructions.
• Clear, respectful communication and a team-first mindset.
• Physical readiness to lift heavy items and perform manual work as needed.
