About the role Build the Future of Drug Development with Biorce! Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Digital Designer to help drive our Creative and Marketing function from our Austin hub. At Biorce, we don't just design products: we design the future of healthcare communication. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful visual projects and contribute to the growth of a fast-evolving AI-driven biotech environment. What we're looking for A creative and detail-oriented digital designer with experience and strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Someone with a sharp eye for composition, typography, and brand systems, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple projects at once. This person should be able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives across campaigns, presentations, and product communication. Key Responsibilities Creation of digital assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Design and maintain visually engaging presentations and documents for sales, marketing, and executive communication , ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Use and adapt Figma templates to develop cohesive visual systems and design layouts. Develop and execute creative concepts for digital communication Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design insights. Manage and maintain the company’s design asset library, templates, and visual guidelines. Requirements Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Figma (daily use for templates, presentations, and design systems). Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required). Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment. Nice-to-Haves Experience with After Effects or Premiere. Previous experience designing for healthtech, biotech, SaaS, or AI companies. Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines. Proficiency in Spanish.
