Shift/Pay Rate : Monday - Friday (8am to 4:30pm): $20-25 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CFO, booking flights, hotels, etc.,.
- Process invoices and payments
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Help with payroll and data entry
- Assist with preparing basic reports, expense reports, or monthly ledgers
- Organize and file documents
- Responsible for answering phones, e-mails.
- Excellent Communication Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years as an Accountant
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Journal Entries
- Bilingual Preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and Responsible
- Stable work history
- Clear background
