HVAC Service Technician / Installer

Job Description Job Description HVAC Service Technician / Installer Mann’s Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled, motivated technician to join our 62-year team. This role includes HVAC installation, service, and repair, along with helping customers understand their options. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Perform installations and service work Provide strong customer service Maintain truck stock, tools, and safety equipment Communicate with dispatcher and customers on scheduling Collect payment/authorization upon job completion Document installed equipment (make, model, serial, photos) Help customers decide between repair or replacement Meet performance standards Requirements: 5 years HVAC installation experience (mini splits, boilers, furnaces, AC/heat pumps) Own hand tools Knowledge of HVAC codes Experience with hot air and hot water systems Valid, clean driver’s license Willing to work overtime and on-call Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Willing to continue training/education Certifications: EPA Certification (required) NATE Certification (preferred) Valid Driver’s License Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Bonus & commission pay Company Description At Mann Heating & Air Conditioning, we don't just install systems; we help create comfortable and efficient spaces to live and work in.
