Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate. Implement care in a thorough, skillful, and continuous manner. Establish priorities for patient care based on essential needs and available resources. Identify patient/family learning needs and act to meet them. Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs. Provide/coordinate care for patients and patient populations. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members, patients, and families. Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Evaluate effectiveness of care given by healthcare team members.
