Del Corazon Hospice - Marketing Liaison / Community Liaison – Hospice Del Corazon Hospice | Albuquerque, NM Full-Time | Business Development | Referral & Community Outreach Del Corazon Hospice is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Marketing Liaison to help expand our footprint across Albuquerque and surrounding communities . This is a key growth role for an individual who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and understands how to drive hospice admissions through strong referral partnerships. If you are passionate about end-of-life care and have proven success developing relationships within hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), physician offices, and the community , we want to meet you. Position Summary The Marketing Liaison is responsible for increasing referrals and admissions by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners throughout the Albuquerque market. This role is ideal for a motivated marketer who takes ownership of territory growth and is energized by measurable impact.
