Primary Responsibilities

• Keep swimmers safe through active lifeguard supervision
• Teach water safety and swim skills using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• Encourage and motivate swimmers through positive reinforcement
• Help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
