Primrose School of Breckinridge Park is looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Director to join our leadership team and help grow our school!

Position: Admissions Director As our Admissions Director, you will be the first impression and welcoming face of our school for prospective families. Your primary focus will be driving enrollment by building strong relationships with families from their very first inquiry through touring, enrollment, and their transition into our school community. This position is perfect for someone who combines a passion for children and families with a sales-minded, results-driven approach to enrollment.

Your impact will include:

• Driving school enrollment and maintaining strong occupancy
• Responding quickly and professionally to new family inquiries
• Building genuine relationships with prospective and current families
• Conducting engaging, personalized school tours
• Following up consistently with leads and prospective families
• Converting inquiries and tours into enrollments
• Maintaining an organized admissions pipeline and tracking enrollment activity
• Understanding classroom availability, upcoming openings, and waitlists
• Communicating the value of our Balanced Learning® curriculum and school programs
• Partnering with the leadership team to identify enrollment opportunities
• Supporting community outreach, marketing initiatives, and school events
• Creating an exceptional experience from a family's first phone call through their child's first day

We're looking for someone who is: energetic and outgoing, warm, professional, and confident, comfortable with sales goals and enrollment expectations, excellent at building relationships, highly organized and consistent with follow-up, a strong communicator, motivated by goals and results, passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: Based on experience

Shift Schedule: Full-Time
