Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic strategies and activities based on treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using the Cerner charting system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to all applicable policies and up to 4 shift cancellations per assignment guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
