About This Role
Location: Learning Links Child Care, Jefferson, WI
Position: Full-Time (or Part-Time) Float Teacher
Start Date: Negotiable

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:
Step into classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain staff-to-child ratios
Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
Follow daily routines and classroom schedules
Assist with mealtimes, diapering/toileting, and cleanup
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families
Requirements

Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible for a Wisconsin Childcare License/Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with children ages 0–5 preferred
Flexibility to work in multiple classrooms and adapt to different teaching styles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
