About the Role

We’re seeking a detail‐oriented Advertising Traffic Coordinator to support a fast‐paced telecommunications marketing team. In this role, you’ll ensure advertising projects flow smoothly from concept through delivery. You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, development, and sales teams to coordinate ad placements across multiple media channels and maintain consistency in messaging and branding.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule ad placements across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms
• Ensure all ads are aligned with brand standards and tailored to each audience and channel
• Purchase placements and media time as needed
• Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and sales impact
• Compile reports and share insights with sales, marketing, and creative teams
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing logs, and organizing shipments
• Communicate with external vendors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
• Prioritize daily workflow, schedule team activities, and help set project objectives

• Excellent communication skills for cross‐functional teamwork
• Familiarity with advertising, marketing, or media coordination is a plus
• Comfortable tracking data and reporting results
