Primary Care Physician - Med Plus Pismo Beach , Pismo Beach, CA
Join the growing primary care team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health.
We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (FM / IM) physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at Med Plus Pismo Beach in the stunning coastal community of Pismo Beach, California.
This exceptional opportunity is part of a robust, established ambulatory clinic system that includes over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations spanning four counties, and 20 specialty services. We seek a productive physician committed to delivering high-quality, longitudinal care in a thriving, growing community.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Guarantee: $280 - 300k annually + productivity and quality incentives
- Sign-On, Relocation & Student Loan Assistance
- Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer
- Comprehensive health benefits including 401(k) with match and pension
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
Med Plus Pismo Beach is a cornerstone of the Pismo Beach community, providing a unique hybrid of scheduled primary care and walk-in urgent care services. This site is supported by Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, a full-service facility known for its award-winning orthopedic and surgical programs.
