Located in Cottage Grove, MN
Salary: $20-$23 Direct Hire $20-$23 Mon-Fri 12:00Pm-8:00am We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our corrugated packaging team. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines
- Stack, bundle, and palletize finished goods according to production requirements
- Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage
- Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance staff
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Previous manufacturing or production/machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working around machinery and in a high-volume production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed
- Fast-paced manufacturing floor
- Exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
- Requires use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear
