Experienced Automotive Service Advisors — Ready for Your Next Move?
A successful, high-volume automotive dealership in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its team.
This is a confidential opportunity for a proven advisor who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience, communicate effectively with technicians, and maximize service and repair opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present recommended maintenance and repairs
- Strong sales and customer follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and identify service and repair needs
- Write and manage repair orders
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Present recommended maintenance and repair work
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status
- Review completed work and invoices
- Maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction
- Build repeat and referral service business
