Anesthesiology Physician

Start Date: September 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a-5p M-F, Beeper call shifts M-F 5p-7a weekday, Weekends 7a-7a
- Provider must be flexible with shift times

Clinical Details

EMR System: Meditech, Medaxion, PODS, QGenda
Practice Settings: Small community hospitals offering outpatient surgeries, endoscopy, and the ability for short overnight stays depending on patient conditions
Patients Per Day: 5-20 cases daily
Support Staff:
- 1st site: 1 Anesthesia Tech plus CRNAs
- 2nd site: Does 1 OR on Friday's staffed only with an MD
- MD to CRNA ratio: 1-3 or 1-4; 2nd location 1-5
Case Types: Mixture - may work own cases or supervise

Requirements

Board Certified
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Preferred: 5-10 years of experience
Must be willing to cover both locations
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
