Property Operations Manager

Responsibilities Perform the day-to-day management of properties including basic property maintenance, supply restocking, housekeeping supervision, etc. Ensure that all properties meet our quality standards and are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for guests. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating regularly to keep them informed regarding the performance of their property. Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to deliver excellent quality control. Respond and manage escalations during guest stays to promptly solve problems that arise and ensure guest satisfaction. Develop and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications 1 years experience in any one of the following: property management, real estate, construction management, restaurant, hospitality & service industries, or trade skills. If no experience, a 2-year college degree in a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills Driver's License and reliable vehicle for daily use Physical stamina and dexterity, ability to regularly lift 50 pounds Comfortable using hand and basic electrical tools such as a drill (training available, no prior experience required) Job Type and Schedule: Full-time Every third weekend "on call" Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Gas and routine vehicle maintenance allowance Health Insurance Contribution Vello is an equal opportunity employer.
