Mental Health/Substance Use Therapist

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Hours :8:30pm to 5pm Monday to Friday Pay :Starting from $30 to $35/ hour (depending on licensure and experience) (PTO starts when 3 month probationary period is over). Licensure :LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC with addiction and mental health diagnosing and treatment experience for PHP program is a must. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing therapy to clients struggling with substance use disorders and mental health. You will play a vital role in helping patients develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and achieve their recovery goals in a supportive and holistic environment. Conduct comprehensive assessments including biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM, outcomes assessment, and all necessary assessments to identify patients needs and strengths to create treatment plans. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based models. Provide group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to support recovery. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and clinical staff to provide care. Assume additional duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : Valid LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC license required for the state of Ohio. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models and approaches for mental health and substance use.
