Key Responsibilities Clinical Operations Perform high-volume intravenous (IV) therapies and administer specialized infusions. Conduct precise phlebotomy and routine lab draws. Review, manage, and process prescription refill requests efficiently. Patient Care & Team Support Respond promptly and thoughtfully to patient portal messages and inquiries. Provide clear clinical guidance and triage support to front office staff (e.g., advising on contraindications, patient scheduling questions, and clinical protocols). Educate patients on custom treatment plans and care strategies. Qualifications & Skills Required Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Strong clinical foundation with proficiency in IV placement and phlebotomy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for patient interactions and inter-team support. Preferred / Flexible Experience Level: We welcome candidates with diverse clinical backgrounds! Open to nurses with as little as 6+ months of clinical experience or those with non-traditional/niche specialties.
