Role Purpose
Are you ready to lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results? Our Store Managers do it all. They're the driving force behind an awesome store experience balancing operations, team development, and customer wow moments. If you're passionate about leading with purpose and building a high-performing team, this role is your stage.

Lead with presence be the face, the voice, and the pace of the store.
Grow a powerhouse team through coaching, feedback, and celebration.
Keep operations humming freight flowing, zones looking sharp, and priorities clear.
Manage labor like a boss flex your team to match the business and stay on budget.
Drive sales on the floor model selling behaviors, guide your team, and make sure every Boss leaves happy.

What You Bring to the Team
510+ years of leadership experience where you've led teams and delivered results.
Experience managing a store or large department retail preferred but not required.
You've grown from the inside promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Essential Job Functions
- Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register
- Occasionally ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and put away stock
- Frequently position self to kneel, bend twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
