We’re a team-oriented company that believes in integrity, honesty, and taking care of our people. We’re currently looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $18-$23/hr , based on your experience

  • Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Pull and stage parts and equipment so our installers are fully prepared for the next day’s jobs
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory accurately
• Load and unload trucks and assist installers with vans
• Help maintain accurate inventory levels and keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized
• Process returns, verify shipments, and handle shipping documentation
• Support the team by making sure the right materials are ready when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• 1 year of warehouse experience (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade)
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory tracking software is a plus
• A reliable, energetic, and organized team player who takes pride in doing things right
