The Role:

• Location: Globe, AZ
• Assignment duration: 91
• Shift Type: Days - Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
• In House Call: Off-site beeper call with hourly callback if provider is called back in. Weekday call coverage 3pm-7am; weekends/holidays are 24 hours. 2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, take call. 4 week rotation.
• Cases: General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Orthopedics, and occasionally Cath Lab. No cardiac or neuro. Majority case types: Orthopedics and General.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 2 main operating rooms
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No - must have active AZ license.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
