AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

Accounting Administrator

Currently, we are seeking an Accounting Administrator. A qualified candidate will be expected to:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dealership accounting office.
• Manage day to day transaction processing
• Maintain cash/credit card clearing schedules
• Reconciliation of various schedules
• Ability to post the daily banking transactions as well as process the daily deposits.
• Responsible for petty cash
• Assist Controller with various projects

Requirements:

• Automotive experience a must, CDK preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
