Summary As a Landscape Supervisor at Ideal Landscaping & Irrigation, you will oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the delivery of outstanding outdoor spaces. Responsibilities: Supervise landscaping teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Plan and coordinate daily activities for landscape maintenance and installation projects. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to guarantee compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and best practices. Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring availability for projects. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Implement sustainable landscaping practices that align with company values. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Qualifications: Proven experience in landscape supervision or management roles within the landscaping industry.
