Thoracic Surgeon Opportunity in the Pittsburgh, PA Area

We are seeking a dedicated Thoracic Surgeon to join our group of highly-skilled physicians just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Please join our effort to make a difference in our communities each and every day.

About the Position

• Join a multi-specialty group with Thoracic and Cardiothoracic Surgeons
• Expanding program and succession planning- Thoracic cases are currently being done by the CT Surgeons. Transitioning Thoracic cases to a dedicated Thoracic Surgeon.
• 3 -Butler CT Surgeons will be available to mentor as well as the 2 Thoracic Surgeons in the Westmoreland Area Advanced Lung Center at Butler
• 50/50 inpatient/clinic
• 120 cases last year
• 2 APPs
• One robot at present with plans for 2 nd robot

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Current Pennsylvania state medical licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
