Cash Applications Specialist

Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Cash Applications Specialist in Schaumburg, IL on a temp‑to‑hire basis. Temp to hire Temp Pay: $20-22/hour Salary: $45-50K Duration: 3-6 months Worksite Location: 100% Onsite in Schaumburg, IL Responsibilities Posting payments such as lockbox deposits, wire transfers, credit card and ACH payments Processes credit card payments Prepares journal entries as needed Assists in reconciling cash accounts for month‑end and year‑end as needed Resolve any questions regarding payment discrepancies with customers Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
