High-Volume Recruiter

To support a key client's business needs, the full-time High-Volume Recruiter will drive all aspects of recruitment for field and fiber technician positions in a fully remote, 6-month contract role, focusing on candidate sourcing, screening, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruitment process, connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities and developing their career pathways Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through creative sourcing strategies and digital outreach Advocate for candidates by efficiently screening and assessing their qualifications to ensure a successful hiring experience Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in field tech, fiber, or manufacturing Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring timelines Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot between roles and locations Education: High school diploma or equivalent
