About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel with a focus on Compliance and Antitrust. This pivotal role involves shaping global and national antitrust and competition law, proactively managing a global compliance program, and problem-solving critical business decisions in collaboration with senior leadership and the C-suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's worldwide compliance portfolio, acting as the chief legal advisor for antitrust matters, and directing the management of regulatory bodies. Additionally, the role includes supporting the company's antitrust strategy for M&A activities, developing governance tools, and providing company-wide training on legal matters. Applicants must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, with at least 12 years of legal expertise in both competition/antitrust and compliance. Experience working closely with senior leadership and the C-suite is essential, and a background that includes the DOJ, big law, and in-house experience is preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of antitrust and competition, global compliance, and the ability to integrate legal, compliance, and antitrust principles into the organization's workflows. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to executive, director, and C-suite level individuals, and will be adept at problem-solving and maintaining a strong company culture in the face of legal and regulatory challenges.
