We are hiring for one full-time, permanent position located in Corvallis, Oregon. What you will do: In this role, you will provide confidential administrative support to the Inland Fish Science Program and managers within that program. Some of the major duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist with all aspects of Program personnel actions needed for hiring all staff. Assist in preparation and monitoring of administrative budgets. Assist contract managers within the program with preparation and submittal of budgets, tracking budget balances and spending, reconciling problems, and submitting journal vouchers to accounting as needed. Prepare and submit invoices for payment of contracts with Oregon State University for hatchery science and genetic services. Manage facilities leases and contracts.
