Senior Sales Executive — Managed IT Services

Dallas–Fort Worth Area | OTE: $150K–$175K+

We are a growing Dallas-based Managed Service Provider looking for a proven hunter to drive net-new client acquisition across the DFW market. Our clients rely on us for proactive IT, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and business-aligned technology leadership. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can build trust with CEOs, CFOs, and business owners, sell value, and consistently close new logos.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Identify and close net-new SMB clients across Dallas–Fort Worth
• Conduct executive-level discovery to uncover business risk, operational gaps, and technology challenges
• Build and manage pipeline using CRM tools
• Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and prospect appointments

What Success Looks Like

• Create 4–6 qualified first-time appointments per month
• Close new monthly recurring revenue
• Build a trusted network of Centers of Influence for introductions and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota
• Experience selling to SMB executives and navigating complex sales
• MSP or technical sales experience preferred, but not required
• Established Dallas–Fort Worth network preferred
• Must be located in the DFW area
