Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• CPR required
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• Potential availability on observed holidays required
• Float to other nearby agencies as needed

Texarkana sits on the Arkansas-Texas state line and offers easy access to both downtown Texarkana and Interstate 30 for regional travel.
