Surgical Technician

Job Overview Position: Associate Surgical Technician – Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Full‑time position working 12‑hour day shifts. Performs scrub technologist duties for patients of all ages undergoing surgical interventions. Responsibilities Perform scrub technologist duties for patients of all ages undergoing surgical interventions, and assist in maintaining a sterile field, preparing instruments, and supporting surgeons and nursing staff during procedures. Required Qualifications National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire 1 year of recent experience in a surgical setting as a Surgical Scrub technician Preferred Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) upon hire Compensation Pay Range: $44.70 – $59.61 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
