What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics support in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Administer and monitor ventilator support, respiratory treatments, and neuro diagnostic procedures
• Float across multiple hospital units including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and hospital policies
• Document patient care and contribute to clinical assessments
• Adapt to changing patient needs and unit priorities during shift

What You Need

Required:

• NBRC (RRT) credential and Indiana licensure
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• At least 2 years of related experience, with 18 months recent ICU experience
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Willingness to float between specified hospitals

Preferred:

• Experience in neuro diagnostics and neurophysiology tests
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
