Marketing Account Manager

Account managers are passionate about client success, strategic thinking, planning and organization. They serve as the key link between our organizations’ clients and the project team, but their role extends beyond simple project management. They have an eye for design and know the difference between great and weak writing. Key Responsibilities Management and growth of accounts for client success and profitability Thinking strategically on behalf of clients and leading projects to successful outcomes Managing projects in a way that ensures on-time delivery, quality and cost control Lead and collaborate in the creation of marketing tools including brand copywriting, collateral design, websites and video production Contribute actively and creatively as part of team Assist in new business development through networking, meetings and drafting proposals Education & Experience Minimum 5 Years in marketing, communications or related roles. Bachelor’s or greater in a related field Mastery of marketing communications Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills. Stong project management and organization. Technical Requirements Highly proficient in professional writing Experienced with public relations / multi-stakeholder comms Highly proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mail Chimp, etc.) Highly proficient in business productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs, Monday.com.)
