About the Role Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer while providing essential support to our team and daily operations. Responsibilities Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department or team member Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide assistance or direction Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer service Log fuel slips and key packets accurately Assist management with clerical, administrative, and other day-to-day tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and appropriate coverage Qualifications Friendly, professional, and courteous personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Basic computer skills, including typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred but not required Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Compensation & Perks Competitive Pay: $15.50/hr Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented workplace Employee discounts and assistance programs Volunteer opportunities and employee engagement programs Closed on Sundays #J-18808-Ljbffr Chapman Chevy
