Job Summary: The Personal Lines Producer is responsible for developing new business, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping customers identify insurance solutions that best fit their needs, preferences, and budgets. Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect for new personal lines insurance business through phone calls, referrals, networking, social media, and other outreach strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Meet and exceed established sales goals through a consultative and customer-focused approach. Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities throughout the sales process. Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate. Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the agency management system. Stay informed about carrier products, insurance offerings, and applicable guidelines. Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Communicate customer questions, concerns, and opportunities with agency leadership. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to build insurance knowledge and sales skills. Required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, energetic, and sales-driven personality. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Comfortable making phone calls and engaging in proactive sales outreach. Ability to learn new products, systems, and insurance concepts. Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally. License & Experience 4-40 license preferred but not required. Prior insurance experience preferred but not required. Candidates with sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience are welcome. Compensation & Work Arrangement Base salary + commission Hybrid position Licensing assistance available for the right candidate.
