Can sign for 36 or 48 hours per week. Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier. Ratios: 1:4-5; 1:3 BMT for all shifts. Years of experience required: 1. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: Every other. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS; BSN (Preferred). Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius. Pending License accepted: Yes. RTO Restrictions: no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned. Special requirements: Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required. Patient diagnosis: Medical Oncology: solid tumor: lung, breast, pancreatic; BMT (not needed by TN) leukemia, bone; chemotherapy, radiation therapy (not for TN, post treatment care of the patient); average stay 3-5 days; BMT 96 beds (not TN unless has experience). Special procedures/unit details: IV starts, administer chemotherapy (not by TN unless certified), trach care, no vents, accessing ports and central lines, stem cell transplantation (not by TN); BMT (not TN unless experienced); Does not need chemotherapy administration/infusion experience. Special equipment: CAD pumps.
