As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests. You will manage access control and badges, support visitor procedures, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors professionally, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, reception communications, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and support emergency response activities as directed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general building information, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
