Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.

Job Description

Manage daily on-site construction operations and maintain project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including project managers and clients. Review blueprints and ensure construction aligns with project specifications. Oversee quality control to deliver a high-standard final product. Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Lead Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in using construction management software is a plus.
