CNC Machinist

Job Full Description A leading manufacturer in Norman and South Oklahoma City is currently searching for an experienced CNC Machinist. This is a 1st shift position and the schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:45pm. The pay is between $20 and $25/hr depending on experience.

Some of the essential duties are as follows:
- Generate CNC programs with and without programming software
- Set-up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts to specification
- Operating knowledge of Micrometers, Calipers, and other equipment to measure tolerances and dimensions
- Demonstrated knowledge of CNC Programming using multiple platforms
- Regular maintenance of equipment
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating, setting up and programming CNC mills and lathes
- Must be able to obtain Forklift and Crane licenses
