Warehouse Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading distribution and supply chain company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator for its Plainfield, IN facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations and requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of industrial equipment.

Location: Plainfield, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs)

Contract Duration: Approximately 1,000 total hours (contract assignment)

Travel: None required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift equipment
• Perform order picking and fulfillment duties
• Conduct load auditing and verification
• Wrap and stage pallets for outbound shipment
• Flex across various warehouse functions to meet operational demands and coverage needs
• Work independently while maintaining safety and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated certification and hands-on experience operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift
• Prior industrial warehouse equipment experience clearly reflected on resume
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to complete an interview, conducted in person or by phone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment centers
• Familiarity with load auditing and quality verification processes
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing schedules
