Duties for this specific role will have an emphasis on Hiab's Operation Simulator Technology, HiConnect, HiPerform and HiViz business growth.Key responsibilities Drive Hiab's digital and solution sales in the respective market area Participate in developing sales excellence; sales strategy and process, pipeline management, case qualification, and sales tooling in various application industries Proactively work with account managers to engage with new and existing customers and channel partners Work together with the digital product team, create the customer value proposition, capture customer needs and share them with the product team Develop and manage training initiatives internally and to externally Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers Administration of back-office processes, contract set-up and managementWhat we are looking for Bachelor's degree in relevant field +5 years of solution pre-sales and/or sales experience Experience in working closely with partners and customers with a focus on adding value to their business by providing solutions High level of technical understanding and ability to provide technical support to customers Experience in digital solutions: fleet management, telematics, IoT or data analytics Ability to connect with end-user customers at different levels in their organizations Requires frequent traveling in the respective areaWhat we offer As a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
