Climate controlled clean-room manufacturing environment 10 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Access to virtual mental health and wellness apps Internal Job Title: Production Operator Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Danville, Virginia (350 Stinson Drive) Work Model: On-site Work Hours: Shift: 3 x 12 hours (7am-7 pm;7pm-7 am); 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off; NOTE - it is highly likely that this position will be a night shift position Wage: $16.47/hr + night shift premium of $1.50/hr Core Duties and Responsibilities Operate laser engraving, printing, and mailing equipment Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and correct as directed Examine printed product for flaws or defects Various other duties and responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Legally eligible to work in the USA Fluent in English (speak, read, write) Basic math skills Basic computer literacy (comfortable using a computer) Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk/bend/reach and lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
