Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Preferred qualifications: MBA. Experience with managing executive stakeholders and leading high-impact internal and external executive communications. Experience in thriving in ambiguity and managing strategy in a fluid, constantly evolving environment. Domain expertise across operations, customer solutions, and internet/online media. Exceptional project management, investigative, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of leading operational and cross-functional initiatives. US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Partner with gTech GCS leadership to define, structure, and drive end-to-end strategic and operational initiatives. Enable critical decision-making by working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather context, cross-pollinate learnings, and drive business analysis. Contribute to key business cadences, including annual business planning, OKR setting, and business reviews for leadership and partner teams. Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives, removing execution roadblocks and eliminating conflicts.
