What You Will Do

Lead implementation of Site Reliability Engineering practices across enterprise environments.

Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.

Drive automation of operational processes and incident response workflows.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.

Design and implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions.

What You Will Need

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred.

US citizenship is contractually required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Minimum of seven (7)+ years of overall work experience.

Experience supporting large-scale cloud platforms.

Strong AWS operational experience.

Experience with production operations, monitoring, and incident response.

Experience with container orchestration, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

What Would Be Nice To Have

AWS Professional certification.

Google SRE or related reliability engineering experience.

Experience supporting highly available enterprise environments.

Experience with Chaos Engineering practices.

Familiarity with geospatial platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise.

The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
