Weekend CNA

Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) / Home Care Role: Provide in-home patient care, supporting clients with daily living activities in their residence. Key Responsibilities Deliver personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, and mouth care. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation. Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision. Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary restrictions. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities tailored to their interests. Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate care records. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or psychosocial conditions. Complete documentation via EVV app or timesheet; adhere to the plan of care. Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and uphold patient rights. Report any abuse, neglect, or safety concerns immediately. Qualifications & Skills Maintain valid certification with DFS. High school diploma or GED preferred. Effective communication skills, ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand, and perform necessary tasks. Compassionate attitude toward patient care. Additional Details The role involves travel within a designated area with no guaranteed hours or duration.
