As FP&A Manager, you'll take on a high-visibility role at the intersection of finance and strategy , shaping the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that senior leadership relies on to make major decisions. It's a chance to build real influence in the organization, with your analysis reaching the executive team and the board on a regular basis. Responsibilities Lead the organization's budgeting and financial forecasting processes to support strategic, long-term business decisions. Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting, including department-level KPI tracking and COGS analysis by vertical. Maintain the product costing database and analyze profitability by item and customer to inform pricing and portfolio decisions. Coordinate internal and external audits and review capital expenditures and material financial agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy. Partner with the CFO, accounting team, and IT to support monthly close activities and drive reporting automation through tools like Power BI. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with 5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with hands-on experience using an EPM/CPM platform (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and a major ERP system. Proven experience preparing for and coordinating financial audits and reviewing material agreements for compliance.
